Available first-come-first-serve for all residents. Intended for small meetings; building quiet times must be observed.

Exercise Room

For residents in good standing only. Book via the Reservations site.

Hours of use: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM, seven days a week

Fifth-Floor Courtyard

Available to all residents. Book private functions via the Reservations site.

Parcel Lockers

Lobby unit for Canada Post packages.

Procedures

  • Parcels are placed in compartments; key is placed in your regular mailbox
  • Use key to open, remove package, re-lock compartment
  • Drop key in red return slot
