Parking and Storage Lockers

Owners are reminded that specific parking spots and storage lockers are allocated to specific strata lots through an assignment of rights initiated by the original developer.

These amenities are not the property of the strata lot owner, but are governed by the assignment of rights. Allocations transfer to new owners upon sale of a strata lot.

Transfer Conditions

  1. Rights may only be transferred to an owner of another strata lot in the building. Rights may not be transferred to any outside party.
  2. Registration with BC Land Title Registry is required; legal consultation is advised.
  3. Registration with the Strata Corporation is required; contact the Property Manager.
