Payment of all fees, fines and deposits must be made to the property manager (or caretaker where specified), in cash or by cheque. All cheques are to be made payable to “Quantum - BCS 2781”.

Bylaws

The official Bylaws for Quantum Strata Corporation BCS2781, as updated and ratified during the Previous AGM are available for download at the Tribe Portal.

As per the Bylaws of BCS2781, the strata corporation may fine an owner or tenant up to $200 for each contravention of a Bylaw, and up to $1,000 per day for each contravention of a Bylaw related to short term rentals.

Rules

The updated official Rules for Quantum Strata Corporation BCS2781, as ratified by the Strata Council are available for download at the Tribe Portal.

The Rules determine the fee/deposit schedule for move-in and facility usage.

As per the Bylaws of BCS2781, the strata corporation may fine an owner or tenant up to $50 for each contravention of a Rule.
